Anderson County Criminal Records

State laws allow residents of Anderson County to conduct a background check and request copies of the criminal history records of a named individual. The Records Unit of the Sheriff's Office provides Anderson County arrest records, background check services, police reports, and other criminal records to interested members of the public at $5 per copy.
