Greene County Criminal Records

Criminal records are public information in Greene County. Interested individuals might be able to find criminal records at the Greene County Sheriff's Department (GCSD) during business hours. Greene County Birth and Death Records

Greene County vital records are confidential. As a result, birth records are made public after 100 years, whereas death records are released after 50 years. Certified copies of birth and death records are only issued to the subject of records (this only applies to Greene County birth records), parents, spouses, legal guardians, or children. Authorized representatives of any of the eligible persons can also obtain copies of Greene County birth certificate or death certificate if they have the following:

The Greene County Chancery Court has exclusive jurisdiction over the administration of estates and the probate of wills. The Greene County Register of Deeds accepts requests for property records like deeds, mortgages, powers of attorney, plats, deeds of trust, contracts, leases, judgments, liens, and wills (probated).
